In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order, after it has been processed/approved by us, we shall refund proportional to the services already used. All notices, demands, or other communications required or permitted to be given or made under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given or made (i) if delivered by hand or (ii) sent by pre-paid registered post addressed to Labindia Analytical Instruments Pvt Ltd. Customer query resolution and Refund Policy Magazines would be delivered directly or by email by the publisher to the customer. Generally, subscription starts within 1-2 weeks from the orders. Repeat Purchase would not be liable for it. Repeat Purchases would help the customer with the redressal of the complaints in case of non-delivery or any issue related to the subscription. However, Repeat Purchase would not be liable to make any refunds to the customer. After the subscription number is received, the customer can address all the complaints, demands, refunds, claims, etc. by sending a mail to info@wayam.in. If a magazine subscription starts and some issues do not reach the customers, the customer should escalate the matter on mail info@wayam.in.com within 2 working days.
